（吉隆坡2讯）马华雪州政宣局主任拿督叶炳汉指出，雪州民联政府在丹士里卡立领导下已面对内部矛盾重重，民联各党行政议员各自说项，已使州务大臣无法控制政策及政见分岐，反映州务大臣成为失败的州政府领导人。
他今日针对蕉赖国会议员陈国伟忠告卡立，敦拉萨镇华裔选民有怨言，要后者慎重看待选民的反应，否则会“大意失荆州”一事，发表文告，发表看法。
他说，陈国伟对丹士里卡立的劝谏已证实过去不断传出民联政党间对卡立处理行政工作不满，在领导雪州政府已出现问题，那如何能为敦拉萨选区人民服务。
叶氏说，目前雪州内不断传出行动党和回教党的行政议员对执行一些政策时，更不相让，互相嗆声，已反映州务大臣无法控制互相对峙局面。
他指出，尽管州务大臣曾表明将考虑改组行政议会成员，过后在压力下声明不会进行改组，可是回教党行政议员拿督哈山亚里却传出将割爱，同时据闻行动党后座议员施压要刘天球行政议员离职，显然雪州民联政府处在分裂状态。
叶氏促请敦拉萨镇选民响应陈国伟对丹士里卡立的看法，同时雪州各族人民更应清楚了解民联政府在丹士里卡立领导下已无法控制财务管理不当，滥权事件不断发生的事实。

(Kuala Lumpur, 3rd March) MCA Selangor State Liaison Publicity Bureau Y.Bhg. Dato’ Yap Pian Hon indicated that, Selangor Pakatan Rakyat Government has been face to the internal contradictions under the leadership of Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, executive councilor of each party’s interceded respectively, Menteri Besar was unable to control over the differences opinion of policies and political, this has shows the failure of the Menteri Besar as a leadership of state minister.
He is depends on the charges by Cheras district’s congressman Tan Kok Wai to Khalid Ibrahim, and the complaint of the Chinese community from Tun Razak town, which ask Khalid Ibrahim take seriously at voters reaction, otherwise it will lead to the status “careless cause lost”, issued the statement above.
He said that the admonition of Tan Kok Wai has confirmed the hearsay that the PR political parties’s members were dissatisfied to the administrative of Khalid Ibrahim. Even leading the Selangor Government has a lot of problem, how can he serving the people of Tun Razak?
Dato’ Yap Pian Hon said, now constantly hearsay that the executive councilor of Democratic Action Party and Parti Islam Semalaysia not conceded with each administration policies. This has been reflected that Menteri Besar unable to control the situation of confrontation.
He said, although Menteri Besar has indicated that he would consider restructuring the Executive Council members, but do not implemented it under the pressure, on the other side, hearsay DAP backbenchers had gave the pressure to administration councilor Ronnie Liu Tian Khiew to resign, all of that show that Selangor PR Government at the division situation.
